Tailor Creations was founded in 2006 and inspired by our three young children, Tailor Creations began as a small operation with just two employees and one product. Today, we've grown into one of the top online destinations for personalized products for special occasions.

Shipping Policy
Please be sure to select the correct shipping method and allow processing time while placing your order. All of our products are Custom products, 100% made to order, handmade for every child.
Most orders ship as scheduled within 5-7 business days. Due to the customization of our outfits and sets, please allow approximately 1-3 weeks for processing without the additional rush order processing fee added to your order. Our orders ship as scheduled as they are received. If your order is needed sooner and you wish to expedite processing, a rush order fee is required of an additional $15, per custom outfit.
Once your order has shipped, please allow a minimum of:
* 5 -10 business days with ground shipping. * 2 - 4 business days with Priority shipping. * 1 - 2 business days Express mail Guaranteed Service by USPS or UPS.
Errors in your Order
In the unfortunate instance an error in your wording is printed, or the size you choose is not the correct size we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 15% discount.
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will happily reprint it and ship a replacement at no cost to you. You may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item.
Order Cancellations
Due to the personalization of our products, order Cancellations are Not Accepted. Once an order is placed, if you feel you've made an error in your order, please email us right away (include your order number) and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Policy
Understandably, personalized products cannot be returned, unless it is due to a personalized error made by Tailor Creations. As to the products hold no value to the company. If an error was made in your order, please contact customer service within 3 days from the date you received your order. You must return it in new condition and in it's original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item.
Please Note: ** If an item is found to be worn or used with return, a credit will not be given, and the item will be returned to you as received.
We encourage you to check your online preview thoroughly before submitting your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. In this email you'll be able to review your order. Contact us immediately if you need to make a correction. Please remember to include your order number in the email.
Return Shipments (For any non personalized products)
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We recommend that you ship the product back to Tailorcreations.com using a traceable shipping method. Always keep the shipment tracking number for your records so you can monitor the delivery status of your return shipment. We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Please include your original packing slip, stating the reason for your return.
